Came in Tue 7-20 7:30 am appointment had oil change and tire rotation came directly home and had scathing on my passenger side rear door.Made a complaint they told me it would be 48-72 for a response . Said first I should call meridianville location first to try to work it out. I was called in so many word a liar said they would take care of it . Said has to be in house or I have to pay for it then said you have no fro of that it happened at our location. Do not want oil change brakes to my body work.
