Scare tactics

2

I purchased AVG for my computer and all was fine. My computer had issues unrelated to AVG or its protection. I purchased a new computer from Best Buy and went to install AVG on the new computer. It would not allow me to install it, I contacted AVG for support which all was going find until it was installed and it would not start due to McAfee being placed on the new unit by Best Buy. They stated they would remove McAfee which they did, but prior to finishing the removal they stated that they could not remove it and I would need to purchase support from a supervisor which he used scare tactics on not using the computer opening e-mails etc. I explained to him after the person got off the phone that the display said that McAfee was off and computer need to reboot. He discarded what I was telling him and went back into his sales pitch with scare tactics. very disappointed.
