I have shopped from US and France via Amazon, eBay and clothing brand in France.. I was expecting to see my packages in my account as all been delivered by the merchandise! Unfortunately been waiting for days and checking my S&S account every day without hope ! Tried to clime and the answer I received is that your shipment been delivered to you !!! Which caused me frustration as I shopped with more than thousand dollars! I was expecting ultimate service from shipping brand name !! But what I got is disappointment and been upset for days ! Now I changed the shipping to local shipping company in the US and they are treating me a VIP customer
