Worst experience of my life! First off the train 97 from orlando to miami fl was 6 hrs late! The day before thanksgiving! Was supposed to be there at 1 and didn't pick us up until 7pm.Every employee I encountered was very rude. Especially Linda the food cart lady acted like she couldn't understand anyones order and was very nasty about it! Totally pissed me off! It was $10 for a sandwhich combo which wasn't good at all. As I walked down the isle people had no regard for my pregnant belly and bumped me and almost knocked me down without a care!!! The bathrooms where a filthy mess and there was urine soaked napkins on the floor which made me *** I called customer relations and they didn't do *** but be extremely rude and lie about train arrival times.This is my first and LAST trip with SCAMTRAK!!! Rip off and horrible experience. Don't waste your time. Get a rental or fly if you can.
