My parents purchased a vacation in January 2020 which was scheduled for March 2020. Due to Covid-19 and shelter in place orders, we were unable to travel. I called more than 5 times and was told that a refund would be issued. After checking with my credit card company, they informed me that Government Vacation Rewards REFUSED to issue a refund. It is a shame and disgrace to treat elderly veterans in this manner. We are canceling all memberships and telling other veterans to not use the services of Government Vacation Rewards. User's recommendation: Don't book with this company.
