I recently paid my mortgage for October then the bank decided to take two months payment out without my knowledge or consent. That is fraud! I had an unauthorized payment they took from me. they also decided to send me a statement with $15.00 extra charge with no reason attached to it. Then they sent yet another statement expecting me to pay November and December in one month. Avoid them at all cost! If I could rate them with bad stars I do! customer service very poor communication skills very rude to customers. User's recommendation: Avoid Them if you can don't let yourself get hooked into them refi if you can!
