They called through a collection agency that I owed $900.00 from 2012. I don't owe them anything. They turned me into the credit bureau-Equa Fax and I have appealed and denied owing them anything. This organization is a fraud and will try anything to get into your pockets. The so-called event took place in June of 2012 and I have received nothing nor any type of communication from this group until today. My Father paid them off for me 6 years ago and they have resurrected this in order to collect again. My Father has consulted an attorney and also made calls to the Collection Agency to find out what is going on. That "loan" has been paid in full. The scam is simple. Bring back an old paid-off loan land attack the borrower in hopes they will pay again to make it go away.
