I am beyond words at this point with the Delray Beach Grieco Kia and their lack of customer service and managerial staff. They love to pass the buck around starting with my salesman Ivan then to Alex Goodrich and then finally had service manager Al dopman. I am on my third vehicle from this facility as my stepmother also gets her cars from this facility because of me however I leased a new car from the Delray dealership about March 1st within 2 days I had it back in because there was *** in my back door then 2 days later it was back again as there was a rodent living underneath the hood of my car period Then in between then the car had gone in for an alignment and a few days later I had to go back in again for the same alignment and I was told that that's just the way the particular car drives on the Florida roads and that is not the case. I have a steering wheel that is about to come apart as I also have a part underneath the air vent on the passenger side that is peeling away in two separate spots and when I brought the car in to the service manager Al dopman I was told it was no longer under warranty even though I bought all the packages Bells whistles for that to be covered even two days still nothing. I went at that point to get the head of sales since with the issues I was having at the time was told by several different people at other Grieco dealerships. This was not a vehicle that I had asked to be brought over to this location based on color type size nothing it was just a simple swap from a 2016 to a 2018 for the same exact vehicle and I've had nothing but problems since and no one wants to take blame for anything that has happened or even tell me why the vehicle was sent from the Coral Springs location which I went to and they had no information on the vehicle either as it was a brand new car and it had 247 miles on it so as a consumer I kept asking more and more questions and getting pushed further and further to the back of the line per se it's now over a month that I've been fighting with them and now for the last few weeks consumer affairs has stepped in as they are besides them self that a new vehicle wasn't provided to me right away with all of the issues that I have with the current vehicle so I do not recommend anyone going to this facility unless you bring a mechanic with you as they are just there to make a buck and not please the customer so I will not be providing them with a new customers and I will be looking to speak with Steve Grieco as I might just want out of Kia all together and have one of his other dealership to pick up my car and try another dealership which would be sad because I really like my car but beware consumers Delray Beach Kia is a scam so unless you go in there with someone super knowledgeable be wary as to what you're told and even record it write down names what their titles are everything because I fear more people are going to run into the same problem I am currently running into
