You think you are getting a certain price for tickets but then they keep changing things and adding fees. Then they say they will reimburse but no money is posted on your account. Afterward they will keep saying how they are always available and will answer your calls but no matter what, they will not return the money. They will send you loads of fake documents to boost their credibility. If the amount of money was larger I would take them to court because what they are doing is a scam. That's the issue, they are slowly scamming people out of money. Worse yet is when they fully cancel your flight themselves and then do not reimburse you. User's recommendation: Do not use.
