Found Troys online advertised as local family florist who delivers in area I wanted to send flowers and the did same day delivery. I ordered flowers for my sister’s 50th birthday to be delivered next day. When checking my email on the evening of 6/18/2019, there was an email stating flowers could not be delivered that day, could they deliver on 6/19. If they didn’t hear from me they would deliver on 19th. I let it go, away late she’d really be surprised. Again on 6/19 another email stating same as first, could they deliver on Thursday, 6/20. I called on Thursday, put on hold with music for 5 minutes, then she picked up and. Said they did not get out would Friday be ok? I said o, they needed to go out that afternoon.i was told that delivery person was back for the day and she didnt think he would go back out but she would check with him. I said thFriday not acceptable and they needed to go now or cancel order and refit my card. When they, of course, did not go out Thursday, I called them on Friday to make sure order was cancelled and $$ refunded. She said she was processing it as we spoke. My refund went through and I dropped until the following Monday when I called BC I wanted to know why such a thing could have happened. I asked to speak to manager, I was put on hold for 5 minutes when I hung up and called again 30 minutes later. Same thing, she mumbled she’d take care of me, put me on hold when I held again for 5 minutes. I called back 2 more times that day and last time I said.DO NOT PUT ME ON HOLD. where’s is manager. She’s late call in an hour. I did, but she wasn’t. There. Next day I tried again and got same s.... called again in afternoon on different phone BC I figured by they knew who I was by now. I had no idea there were so many people withrecent complaints, all a variation of mine. I guess I’m naive, I had no idea a florist could be a front for whatever they are doing and it’s not flower arranging. B
