This is a complete scam. I purchased tickets for a sporting event and wanted to get my parents nicer seats. I decided to pay more for these. Standard GA for the game was only $5. You could pay more if you wanted assigned seating and to be closer to the field. I did this option, and the tickets that were emailed we completely different from what I purchased on line through ticket office sales.com. I emailed and called and no one would help me. They said there was nothing they could do. The service was horrible! I realized after researching this that I am not the first to complain about getting tickets off this site. I wanted to write this complaint to warn other people about purchasing tickets from them. Do not believe what you are purchasing through this site. It is a scam!
