Original review posted by user Aug 13, 2019 Charged us deffered interest for 18 months upfront when the company billing change no idea, when their rules changed no idea. I was given a promotional offer of 0% interest for 2 years which end in august and I am being charged already $3500 in interest, doesn't make sense. its a rip off company, its a scammer, never get any card from these poor rip off company Synchrony as they take your hard earned money. They are full of *** they talk rude, one lady cussed me out said me bad things is this how your customer service is. She cussed at my family and insulted me. Is this your customer services are suppose to be. Need to waive off your interest right away or I default my card.
