Google gave me a number for a specific hotel, I called &;;; they pretended to be a hotel chain, claimed a different hotel was a partner & charged huge fees. We were evacuating for a fire & didnt find out till later we were scammed. The hotel was going to give us a better rate but getaroom wouldnt make the change. I had never heard of getaroom until the hotel told me I booked through them. Complete rip-off when I called them back I had to ask 5 times for them to identify their company & only then did they admit they were not the hotel, but a 3rd party agent.
