Ditech refused to talk to us when they changed over to new mortgage company. The new co. says we owe thousands of dollars more. we were not able to speak to any one because the mortgage is in deceased name Now it's being illegally forclosed on we were payed up but shellpoint said we owed five thousand going in Ditech sold our mortgage to shellpoint. Ditech did not record payments, put insurance on, and said they were paying taxes we pay our taxes at the courthouse.
