I got an email from Samsung saying I won a phone. I would only be charged 1 dollar on my credit card. Then the page flipped to their partner Amazon. The billing address page seemed to be a loop and I was unable to provide them a mailing address. I sent an email notifying Amazon, then got one back saying no reply from Amazon. It was titled Billing Information Issues. When I opened the email there were 3 words - Page Not Found..... also - the fine print from the original Samsung email said if I didnt cancel my membership I would be charged 49.99 a month. I am 68 years old, disabled and in financial hardship. If you can help please do ! My phone number is +140********. Thank you !! User's recommendation: Avoid both companies!
