Update by user Oct 10, 2020 The company refuses to do anything. Their website says total refund but they suggest just giving the item to a friend. They have done exact scam with the exact item with many others. I have filed for charge back from my merchant service. This company must be stopped. They use PayPal who has received numerous complaints, yet they do nothing and continue to allow it. Original review posted by user Sep 10, 2020 The company is in China and sells products that you will never get. They send other cheap items and then refuse to refund. They tell you to give it to a friend. The website says 100% refund but they will tell you there is a shipping charge. They will also tell you they will give you 10% credit! There are numerous complaints filed by others about this exact same problem. In addition, they use PayPal merchant that requires you to enter your bank card. PayPal (if you can get them to respond) requires that you find the transaction in your account. Since you did not use PayPal account, you cannot file a claim. Go to your bank and file the claim. User's recommendation: Stay away!
