In December I purchase a subscription to Robokiller. Naturally it worked OK at first, that's how they suck people in, but for the last couple of months it has been blocking my contacts, and not letting most calls through. I've tried REPEATEDLY to ask Customer Service to DEACTIVATE the service, and they always refuse, and just send me canned emails to try things I've already tried many times. The deactivation option in the app itself does not work, and I showed them screenshots of the messages I was getting. The online service they sent me to does not have an option for Straight Talk, so that is useless also. Basically, my phone is now useless as a phone- I can't receive any calls, even very important ones that I missed. I have had this phone number for many years, and it would be a distinct hardship to change my number considering that I use it for a ton of websites and apps, including business related websites. Robokiller needs to be sued! User's recommendation: DO NOT GET THIS APP!!! IT WILL RUIN YOUR PHONE!!!!!!!!!
