Say what?

I was looking at Realtors.com and they have a single wide for 39k. It says there is an HOA. It says 937 but leaves out the “month”. I thought for sure that was a year and jad to search to find out answer. Somebody in Prescott is making a lot of money. The people that buy them must be rich or stupid. Nice way to keep your noses in the air.
