Saw came back from repair shop and had not been fixed.

My new 12-inch DeWalt miterbox saw just came back from DeWalts Service Center in Charlotte, NC, after months of it being useless to me because it was out of order. The long delay was due to DeWalts poor customer service, and being at two of their repair centers. Well, after running it five minutes, the exact thing happened as before, the blade became loose and the motor sounded sick. Mr. DeWalt CEO, I am tired of not having a functional saw, and tired of sending it to repair shops. I want YOU TO SEND ME A BRAND NEW SAW TODAY User's recommendation: Don't buy DeWalt. Terrible customer service. Don't know how to fix their products.
