Saved us from a nightmare experience with another retailer

We originally ordered a Brizo kitchen faucet from KB Authority dot come (see my separate review for them - and PS, their page is routinely loaded with fake 5-star reviews... you can easily tell this because every one of those user profiles reviews the exact same 2 or 3 companies, including KB Authority, the profile often having a ridiculously "sexy" user photo). KBA charged me for an item I ordered that was supposedly in-stock, but was a week later updated as being in-stock in 3 weeks... then another 4 weeks, and so on... so I canceled the order. They said they would refund me the $500+ to my credit card, and of course that never happened. Visa is taking care of that now. But as for Build dot Com, I went to their website, found the same faucet. I opened a chat with one of their reps, and explained my situation, and asked to confirm when I could receive the faucet (and if it was actually "in stock"). She told me that it absolutely was, and asked if I'd like to order it. I said yes, she sent me an email with a link to pay & place the order... Long story short, I had the faucet delivered to my home two days later. I'm not a contractor like some of the reviews here, but I am a consumer who mostly handles his own home improvement purchases. Build dot com really did right by me as a customer, and I found the whole process very easy.
