This is the second time I've used Pissed Consumer with fast, efficient and effective results. In both instances, the company I was dealing with directly was not responding, but when I used "Pissed Consumer" as the vehicle to contact the company, I got immediate results. In this case it was a refund for tickets to a play that was unfortunately cancelled due to Covid-19. User's recommendation: Highly recommended.
