Hello, I am writing this complaint for not relieving my salary by this company. I joined GNM Alliance on 18th August 2016. In offer letter they have mentioned salary will be released on 10th of every month. But on 10th September they did not release my salary and when I asked them they said you are a new employee so we will be releasing your salary on 10th October including 14 days of august since I have joined. But on 10th October again I did not get salary which was supposed to release. When I asked the H.R. on 11-10-2016 that I have not been given any salary, she said "you have some issue in your bank account so I had talked to some employee and your salary will be credited on 13th or 14th October". I was suffering from viral infection so I could not go to office on 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th October. I submitted my medical in the office and every day I used to call HR why my salary has still not credited. Everyday she came up with same reason that my bank account has some issue but I talked to the bank employees and asked them if they can check my account and let me know if there is some issue but they said there is no issue in your account, your account is absolutely fine. And when I talked to HR, I explained the same thing to HR whatever words I had with bankers. She said when you will come to office we will provide you cheque. I begged her to credit my salary in my account as I am staying in a rented room so I have to pay my room rent on 1st of every month and now it's too late almost half month and I have not paid them any rent I badly need money for room rent, electricity bills and other living expenses but she did not release my salary. I was completely depressed and harassed by the company then I dropped an e-mail to my HR and owner of the company for requesting the salary and in reply they people threatened me and put fake allegations on me. I did not have single penny in my pocket so I went to office on 17th October 2016(my doctor had suggested me 1 week bed rest, according to him I should have rejoin on 19th October but because of salary I had to go on 17th oct). Again I asked my HR to release the salary and she gave me the cheque of Rs15900 where I was supposed to get Rs25200. And after a day they sent me termination email with fake allegations. I replied on a mail that I am Okay with your decision but please release my pending salary but till now I have not received their reply.
