Said I had to call, doesn’t answer, just hangs up

Original review updated by user Jun 16, 2021 They misspelled my wife's name and when I asked the airline about it the airline said I have to contact travel2be. Travel2be said I have to call the (and pay the equivalent of 50 euros) to fix THEIR mistake. But they don't answer. I called the Spanish and U.S. number man times, same story both times: go through the phone tree, be told the wait time (first time 8 minutes, second time 8 minutes and 13 seconds) wait for about 12 minutes, and get hung up on. Then call back and get hung up on after getting through the phone tree. They don't answer emails, they basically just stole my money because the airline wont honor the ticket with the misspelling. Stay away from this scam company!!!!!!! User's recommendation: STAY AWAY!!!!!! IT'S A SCAM, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.
