It's not very adjustable (XS is to small, Small is to large) (Velcro has limited adjustability); Dog easily slips out; Very slow shipping/delivery; Doggykingdom appears to use a third-party for handling consumer issues, which isn't handled; User's recommendation: DON'T BUY; find another source with a real return/refund policy;
