Russell Smith Ford – Houston, TX

This concerns Russell Smith Ford in Houston Texas.I purchased a 2013 Mustang from them. Was really excited by the sales department. However, after about 6,300 miles I noticed that the sight glass to the radio had started to "fog" or get a moisture look from the bottom upward.I took the car back to Russell Smith service department who told me that they had to order the part to cover under warranty. Due to the fact that I travel extensively, we were delayed installing the part until today (2.5 months later). I still have only 10K miles.Well Russell Smith won't cover under warranty. Stated it was an external issue and not in the radio. Now I have a new car that has a cosmetic issue. Just not right. Turns out that Russell Smith is just another hollow dealership with lots of words and no action to support.If you all are thinking of purchasing a new vehicle at this dealership-RUN AWAY & DON'T!
