After almost 15 years of going through USAA to insurance our business property with Hartford, I have the unfortunate need to file a claim for water damage to a wall in our unit. The service from Hartford has been atrocious. They are looking for any excuse not to pay the claim. They have not sent out a claims adjuster. They told us to have the repair done and then they would decide if it covered. They have been rude, condescending, and in my opinion, unprofessional. User's recommendation: Look at other companies to insure your small business.
