Charged my card, never shipped order. Refuse to respond to me and many other people they Rip off. Have tried reaching them via email, a false phone number they provide, and social media accounts. Many people in comments of social media have been ripped off and ignored. I reported to the Better business bureau, who wrote me saying they also use the name "not just 4 pets" also reported to federal trade commission. And have requested my credit card remove the charge . ZERO STARS. RUN!
