Ladies and Gentlemen, please do not fall for the Thompson and Holt website and its so-called success rate. This has been the worst legal experience of my life. I was going to be suspended on Amazon for mistakenly violating Amazon's drop-ship policy. I engaged Thompson and Holt for their help. Bad mistake. They charged me $1000 US for two attempts at an appeal; however, both times, I had to email them back all the additional feedback for them to update the appeal document again. On the last evening, before my final appeal was due, they failed to update the final document and or make any changes. I stayed up all night rewriting the entire appeal myself. I was certainly willing to pay them something for their time, more like half of what I paid them and learning the lesson to never work with them again, but then they turned our conversation into legal threats which then forced me to write this review when they failed to find a win/win for this situation. Do not spend any money with this so-called legal firm. They are a bunch of thieves. They did not even spell words correctly on the first two appeal letters. Avoid Thompson and Holt at all costs. User's recommendation: Horrible Service- DO NOT USE THEM!!!
