I made a payment on my car loan..Couldn’t figure out two weeks later why it wasn’t taken out of my account.I called in to find out why and they said it went threw same day..Said it might be my bank takes longer to post..It was check by phone..A few days later still not out..Then my wife noticed it on her account..Because of this it threw off my mortgage payment caused late fees..We had thought we had a little extra money and paid other bills..I was lied to by this bank by so many different people..They first said they needed to listen to phone records and this Martha in the RI office said a Dave Braz would call me back in 24 hours..Never happened and that same women never made the complaint!..I found that out threw calling back several times..So today I end up in Panama call center and told that lady to connect me to this Dave Braz..Guess who answers???..This Martha and she keeps on with more lies...She says they only got part of the phone conversation and that it was cut off on the part of the account numbers on the bottom of check..Talk about Bull$hit!..Then I busted her in another lie about my phone number and she said he tried calling me yesterday..So this Michelle from Resolutions calls me so conveniently back after and says this Dave Braz would never call back anyone to begin with and basically we won’t do anything for you about this situation where we screwed you!..I have never in my 54 years on earth seen such *** in my life or been treated this way..Do not trust this company for anything..Run from them..There ratings are a 1.1 out of 5 on reviews..And that’s no 10 reviews..That’s over 100!..If anyone is getting a loan you have been warned.
