Run away fast!

First energy sucks. They plan outages in NOVEMBER, when its cold. Service (and heat) was supposed to be restored by 2 pm. Then they changed it to 7. Then 9. It's getting cold in here. Who plans outages in the fall and winter? The best part is they wait until the time its supposed to be on to change it. Same deal with storm restoration.
