Ruining 18 volt battery powered blower

I purchased a Ryobi 18 volt battery power charger in March or April 2020. About 10 months ago, the fan blades started breaking despite using properly. I tried calling Ryobi customer service but it only they only work Monday through Friday but not on weekends. This has apparently a problem with a previous model. Very dissatisfied, hopefully they will resolve when I call on Monday, March 7,2021.
