These guys are some of the rudest and stupidest 'business' people I have ever tried to deal with! Found them on ebay, and was trying to buy banjo strings for my dad, sent them a message asking for specific strings; they gave me a price without answering my question as to whether they were the right strings. After repeatedly asking if they were stainless steel, the 5th time, I asked if they were stainless steel in capital letters. They responded by telling me to "*** Off!" Truly sad, pathetic, disgusting, and *** to throw away what would have been a regular customer because they won't read and answer their messages.
