Rudeness of employees

After submitting this complaint and receiving a phone call from the regional manager, I really thought I would have seen a change in the employees that were there on site the day that I had the issue. So I returned to the restaurant yesterday, over a month after the incident, afternoon with my daughter. To my surprise, the same employee that got in my face and followed me out of the store and threatened me because I requested a refund for not receiving my food after waiting in the parking lot for over 30 minutes is still pretending to work in the restaurant. User's recommendation: DO NO EAT AT THIS LOCATION Management does not care about the Customers - Management let's their employees behave however they want. Eat and drink while they are preparing food for the customers. The employees who are trying to do their job appropriately cannot hear the customer because of the employees that are cutting up behind them.
