Rude/unprofessional/Dirty Gym

First of all I never in my life see a Gym so under kept dirty and so unorganized. You have signs all over the gym that if no one re- racks their weights they would get their membership revoked all lies all your employees don't give a rats *** if their members do or not. Second of all your employees have no customer service at all especially the one at transmountain always goofing around, loud , so unprofessional and always have attitude they all need customer service training BAD. and last the billing system is so bad as well I spoke to laura stated to her our card was used in fraudulent activity and our bank has to stop our card and which our payment didn't go thru I called my self to update all info she stated she would waive 25.00 and 2 days later I get charged the 25.00 why would you lie, if you can't waive just say you can't don't sit there and lie, then have your employees says there's nothing they can do. Wow! I can't wait to cancel my membership and my husband's as well and I will send a report to the Better Business Bureau. Horrible place.
