I called 480-726-**** in chandler to find out where my refund is. The girl said She cannot look up my order number because her manager is not in today and she cant do it. She said call your bank. I said I doubt its a bank issue and asked for her name. She then hung up on me. I called back and she kept picking up the phone and hanging up. I continued to call because I could not believe the gall of this girl in hanging up on me. She then just didnt answer the phones. This is Nancy Martin at (415) 668-****. This was the rudest customer service rep I have ever dealt with
