Ohh my godddd I lie not I called twice and the two ladies that answer the phone just know was just rude and thats a nice word Im using. I called and I said Good Afternoon lady how can I help you? I said maam good afternoon she said, maam how can I help you, I said cant you say good afternoon? She said maam Im just trying to help let me transfer you, then she hang up. I called back another lady I said good afternoon, she said, how can I help? I said maam no one Im saying good afternoon is ok ok if you answer, she got quiet, so I just hanged up. No not sure but I think today was just a rough day for them, but if Brandsmart have these people representing them then thats really bad. Oh wait I just learned it’s cooperate office, I guess people are screwed then because if this is head office and they have this attitude then you CANNNNNOT expect better service from employee , sigh customer service has gone to the dogs User's recommendation: Please please train your staff, they need to have manners, their mannerism is HORRRRRIBLE, and just rude, please have people that will represent the company in a positive way so sale can continue.
