Rude manager

I went to the Muswick store at 1100 North Street in Little Rock, AR to look around and to pick up an order, I noticed an extra charge. when ask for manager he spoke in a VERY loud and rude voice when I ask for the price difference: "I DID NOT CHANGE THIS!!!, referring to a problem my order that generated an extra charge which was the reason I was asking for a different rep to check me out. He further went on to say again in a very loud rude annoying voice: "I DID NOT CHANGE THIS!! "YOU HAVE TO PAY THIS"!!!! I DID NOT CHANGE THIS!! At this point I calmly asked Zach to please not yell at me, as I was not yelling at him. I speak English fluently. At this point a different rep check me out, overheard us she ended up helping me and taking care of the problem'. I am amazed that Zach is the manager, he has 0 people skills and talks to people in the most derogatory manner?. It's obvious that the employees there have to work around him to take care of their customers,. I am not looking to have a credit adjusted or any other type of "freebie" I want this person be made aware of the way he treats people.. someone eles should be the manager, I am amazed can work under those conditions...
