I went to the fitting room at 11 am today with some clothes to try them at Bershka in Westfield Stratford, UK. When i got there the fitting room was closed and i asked why is it closed? The manager in a very rude way and with so much attitude told me "ask the HR"and turned her back at me. I said excuse me can i talk to the manager? She than turns laughing and extremely rude saying "I am the manager" i then asked her "and that's how you talk to your customers? I've asked nicely and you are so rude!" I asked for her name and she lied to me giving me a fake name. I said can you please show me your badge so i know how to spell your name? She replied NO, it's against our policy and again she was very rude and she was laughing in my face. What she didn't realised was that other members of staff were nice and told me her name. Her name is Ana. I have never come across some so rude, i am utterly shocked by those poor disgusting manners she showed. I am surprised she is a manager with that character. I have a very respectful job and I don't throw it in people's face and show no manners no matter who i speak to, but some people once they get promoted they forget to be humans again. I will not go to that shop again and will tell all my friends to avoid it too! Absolutely shocked
