My order is over an hour past out for delivery text. Ive called three time. Once I was hung up on. When I asked to speak to a manager they were busy. It was obvious from tone of voice there was attitude. Many excuses about lack of drivers.... but as a consumer thats not my problem. I am still waiting and I expect my food to be no charge. Ive have used this service many times as well as catering for soccer teams. The attitude and the lack of professionalism, problem solving and courtesy will definitely impact my future orders and cloud my recommendations. Savanna manager.
