Rude employee in Southlake location

Terrible service today! I was trying to get help from a Hispanic lady when every other employee was busy and when she wasn't with a customer and saw I needed help she ignored me and went to the back and never returned. Very rude when I was trying to get help. Don't come here if you want customer service.
