Despite the obvious defect in workmanship they did nothing but try to pass off responsibility to the retailer. This company clearly doers not care about the quality of their product or the consumer. I will never purchase another of their products and suggest others do the same. $100 for a pair of sneakers and they were absolute garbage as was their customer service. User's recommendation: Buy from a company who backs their product. Sketchers is NOT that company.
