I 'm a regular customer of Lulu hypermarket and most of the time I did not have any awful experience. But Yesterday I really got insulted by one of cashiers who is working at Muharraq Lulu hypermarket . I ve approached the " less than 10 item" billing section counter with the items that need to be billed, unfortunately I did not see the signboard mentioning that the desk is closed even though a lady cashier (wearing Black scarf) was sitting there .This lady scolded me saying that"can't you read this" as if behaving to me like her servant, and kept this sign board again to the desk very powerfully. And just after a minute she opened the counter for another customer also. If this is the approach of your staffs towards the customer, I am very sorry, this company will lose more and more customers. This incident happened on 18.8.21 between 15.40-15.50 hrs
