Hi i went to North point cold storage on 29 July 2019 at 22.12 pm.chinese auntie Cashier receipt TR:.5830 costs 2.55$ I am really very unhappy and disappointed with the bad service of the chinese auntie with short hair amd glasses she was,extremely rude and unfriendly and rudely ordered me not to put the notes this way may i know i m a customer not only does she Not respect me she also ordered me in a demanding rude way and she is not my boss ! I put my 10$ down on the cashier normally like any customer and the auntie rudely tell me off and stare at me not to put the cash dowm this way !i mean she has no basic courtesy and doesnt respect me by putting me off in public amd acting like that rudely and when i tell i has my customer right she laugh me at sarcastically really making me very unhappy and unwelcome this is so bad...amd never say thank u also showing a bad reflection of coldstorage ...please be fair to customer by issue her a warningas i believe the company wont be defensive over this as i believe this auntie knows her job but not Not her manners...basic selfrespect for customer in front line is very important pls address this seriously HR to be fair to us thanks
