Rude and useless

Never treated so poorly in my life. Rude, indignant. They will not work with you on a settlement. One payment, take it or leave it. The worse company ever. Quite apparent they won't work with you so they can get higher commission on one lump settlement. User's recommendation: Research the company and know there are others out there 100% more porfessional.
