Rude and poor support service at Bitdefender

I needed help renewing Bitdefender Gravity Zone to work. So I called on the phone. After holding for over 15 minutes a pleasant lady came on and I explained what the problem was and asked how to renew it. With the new license we had just bought. Normally it should be an obvious place, just copy the license and paste it here. She did not seem to know where to do that. So without even telling me what was happening the phone went silent then next a man came on. He said he had been passed over but was not told what the case was about. After I went through it again. He knew where I needed to renew the license. But once he had told me how to do it. He hang up the phone. Nothing like I will wait online and see how you get on. Anyway Bitdefender, you will no longer have our business once this subscription expires.
