I have not been to the Walgreens since I filed my grievance with you, however I had been told that someone would reach out to me after the matter was looked into . I have not heard from anyone and the follow up regarding my complaints is disappointing . I would have expected greater responsiveness from the corporation. The details were communicated in my initial telephone contact so no need to reiterate the details .
