I had just gotten release from the hospital after having surgery and I got behind on payments. Manager was rude and stated she had sent paper work to court and that I couldn’t make a payment until paperwork was finalized. When I tried to give her a $100 payment instead of the $200 payment we agreeed on she denied payment and said she will go forward with garnishing my check. I told her I just returned to work and I didn’t have that much and ask if she could accept what I bring and she was very rude and talk to me very disrespectful and said no she will not accept it and doesn’t have to.
