I was at Hershey's Chocolate World on September 2. I love Hershey and everything about it. I was at the Hotel Hershey which was magnificent. I then went to Chocolate World and was sort of having a good time although the employees looked tired, uninterested and weary. I was about to leave but had to wait while my husband used the rest room. I stood by a counter at the door and was reading a brochure when a person approached me and said I had to leave I was in her spot. I thought this was just another rude tourist only to find out it was the "welcomer" , a Hershey employee. I was literally floored. Left the building and considered returning the more than 200.00 in products I had bought. I think you want to and should do better.
