RRI aka Rawlins and Rivera

RRI, aka Rawlins and Rivera is a collection service that preys on small businesses.I'm a small Bail Bonds Co. Patricia Johnson and Phil Graham are the front people. You send them your collections and in 90 days your suppose to get a check for what they have collected and an accounting. 120 days later I recieved a check for 745.00 on 82K in bad debt, its now 8 months no accounting and now they will not take phone calls and the receptionist hangs up on you if you ask for they're corp. office address. They get your collections and that is who the debtors make payment to but you never see another dime. They operate out of USP stores (PO Boxes) in Georgia, Texas and Florida. They have been fined by the FTC. Contact me at sunlivin@***.com. I have been filing complaints with consumer protection in each state but could use help to bring these people down!
