I took my vehicle to Goodyear tires for a routine check up. They broke a nut to the back tire and the manager Peyton agreed to fix it. When I came back for the job to be done, they refused to fix what they promised they will. I called the county police and they told me to report it to corporate or to take the matter to court. this is very bad customer service. If you say something as a business, you should keep your word. If nothing is done about this situation, I will take further action i.e. take it to court.
